Regional Product Marketing Manager

Tatler Asia is undergoing a transformation and has evolved from its print roots into a 360 powerhouse incorporating digital, video, social, podcasts and events. The regional Product Manager will work with the regional team and local markets to drive commercial product development and enhance our commercial offerings to meet marketing objectives of our advertising clients.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this individual will be instrumental in crafting product plans, designing product features, and developing pricing strategies across all the current and future platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support COO to conduct market research to inform product strategies and identify opportunities for innovation within the lifestyle media landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the COO to develop comprehensive product plans that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Work with regional and local teams to enhance the existing products by fully leveraging our strengths in content and community.
  • Lead the design and specification process for new product features, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive audience and user engagement.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Interface with cross-functional and markets teams, including Content, Commercial, Marketing, and Technology, lead the projects to ensure product alignment and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor products to inform ongoing product development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of product and project management experience, preferably in media, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize among competing opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve business and product goals.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
