We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client services and event management, with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing projects, and coordinating events effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience and achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to develop and execute strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage projects and events, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist in the creation and execution of event plans, including venue selection, logistics, catering, audiovisual requirements, and on-site coordination.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client industries, competitors, and market trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value and results of our services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project implementation and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback from clients, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future events and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in client servicing and event management, sharing knowledge with the team and implementing innovative approaches when applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, event management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in client servicing, account management, or event management, preferably within the commercial or event industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Knowledge of event management processes, including planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with event management software, such as Cvent or Eventbrite, is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and report-writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, as events and client needs may require occasional evening or weekend availability.
