Job Description:

Tatler Asia is recruiting for a Business Analyst to support the Chief of Staff. This role will primarily be assisting the COS in supporting the CEO in the planning and implementation of the strategic plan, and the tracking and monitoring of business performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of regional strategic planning process and implementation of action plans
  • Assist in the communication to executive and departmental teams on decisions and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards to track and monitor KPIs across the various markets, departments and platforms
  • Support project management by tracking, monitoring and reporting on the progress and status of key projects and initiatives
  • Assist with the agenda, planning, coordinating and following up on action items of ExCom meetings, Strategic Planning/Review and Business Review meetings and workshops for senior management and internal stakeholders
  • Provide analytical support and build financial models for various business projects to support new business and new market development
  • Conduct scenario analysis based on microeconomic and macroeconomic factors to access risk relating to business decisions

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a business analysis or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong sense of ownership, and able to learn independently
  • Detail-orientated and able to excel under pressure to tight deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders across various departments
  • Proficiency building financial models and performing scenario analysis would be a plus
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
